Matterport 3D Scan
With a Matterport 3D scan, a 360° photo tour is genrated by the Coretex Artificial Intelligent Platform. This turns the scan into an interactive 3D model. Coretex can identify objects within rooms, stitch all of the scans together and reconstruct the space into an immersive virtual tour.
Doll house view
As well as having a walk-through tour, an overall "Doll house" view can be generated, where you can rotate, zoom and dive in to the internal spaces of your property. This can reveal the interelationships between different rooms and visually describe the whole property.
Measurements
As you progress through your 360º photo tour, there is the option to actively measure any element you can see. A doorway width, a swimming pool length or a cabinet height.
These measurements remain live as you continue your walk-thru and can be adjusted and refined from different angles.
Plan & level views
Because the Matterport 3D scan is created not only visual data but also from dimensional measurement data, it is easy to quickly see an over head plan of the space, or a specific floor level.
You can switch between different levels easily and be able to assess the whole property at a glance. This gives a great opportunity to reimagine traffic flows and area usage within a home or commercial setting.
2D black & white floorplans
Black & white linear floorplans can be generated from the 3 dimensional scan of your space and can be used in printed form and with in-store display media as well as online.
You can now avoid the need to physically measure a property space. You can save the time you would spend manually calculating area in m² and escape the labors of drawing up floorplans.
VR headset ready
Your 360º photo tour is viewable across all internet browsers, tablets, mobile devices and Virtual Reality Headsets.
As you navigate through your tour you can select to view in full screen or through your prefered VR headset by selecting options at the bottom right of your tour window.
HDR Photographs
HDR photographs(High Dynamic Range) are composed of multiple images taken of the same shot with different exposure levels and then combined to deliver one image under or over exposed areas.
At the same time as we shoot your 360º photo scan, we can also shoot HDR images, specified by you before hand.
These are perfect to be used within your current online galleries or used for traditional printed material, saving you the inconvenience of an additional location visit.
Post & Share
Working within the parameters of the various social media platforms, you can distribute and share your 360º photo tour via direct link or by using a curated auto-pilot video that can be uploaded then include links either to the tour itself or the website wher you choose to embed it.

Market Flexiblity
Houses, apartments or villas that are for sale can sell quickly or remain within an agents portfolio for a much longer time. Within each price package, a one-page website is included and hosted for 1 year.
This can be extended for those properties that struggle to find their new owner.
Once the property is sold or rented, the 360° photo tour can be retired and deleted upon your request, to protect the privacy of the new owners.
Economical
We have put together a pricing structure based on the m²/ft² of a property and created different price packages.
A bundle of five properties recieves a 5% discount and a bundle package of ten or more properties recieves a 10% discount, when purchased together.
