A 360º photo tour is a click through sequence of 360º photos, allowing the viewer to virtually travel through a space, at their natural eye level, as if they were actually there.

Each photo can be rotated to see all of the property in detail and can be enhanced by including relevant information, photos, videos or urls in the augmented space.

We plan on visiting your property on 3 seperate occasions. The Initial Visit can be on average 30mins, or as long as is necessary.

Both the Preliminary and Revised photo shoots would take about 1 to 2 hours each, based on a property of 101-200 m² (Our Mid Range Package).

Processing the imagery, creating the 360º photo tour, and adding any pop-up information, labels andcompany branding can be completed in 3-5 working days.

During our calendar, there can be busier times and quieter times. Each stage when placed consecutively can equate to 6 days, but often delays between each stage caused by bad weather or scheduling pressures can lengthen this process.

There are 2 basic tours that you can choose from with different characteristics. then we have a range of add-ons to include in you purchase.

However, we have bundled together a 3 price packages, scaled in line with your property size, created to cater for the different needs of clients from a range of buisness sectors.

Because we produce digital media we will present to you a series of links to where the various elements of data are being hosted.

We will deliver all your digital content via email.

This will include your:-

• 360º photo tour

• 2D black & white Floorplans

• HDR photos (from your your price package or purchased seperately)

• drone photographs

• drone videos

• 90 second "slide-show" video

• autopilot 360º photo tour video

Your content is hosted by us for 1 year and will be automatically deleated 1 year from your delivery date unless we are advised you want to download your data or hosting extensions are agreed.

Yes.

At our initial visit you can advise us of any areas you wish to avoid or any parts of the 360º photo tour or HDR photos that you anticipate would need obscuring.

After our Preliminary Shoot you can review your imagery and we will attend to any

• faces

• car registration plates,

• property address

• security and personal details

that your wish to visually blur or otherwise remove.

This we do during your Image Processing Stage.

All of your visual content can be viewed on any device, tablet, computer, laptop or smartphone.

No.

Your clients can access your visual content the same as you, through any web enabled device. You can pass on the URLs directly or embed them within your own website.

No.

You can access through any device, tablet, computer, laptop or smartphone. Our 360º photo tours or our 360º video can also be viewed via any virtual reality headset including HTC Vive, Occulus and Google Cardboard.

Yes.

If there are any links to videos & photos, URLs or text that you would like to include within the 360º photo tour, we can add these via pop-up window hotspots.

Each of our packages includes a number of these or more can be purchased and added.

Yes.

At the end of your free 1 year hosting, you will be asked if you want to extend or download your digital content.

If you do then want to download your 360º photo tour, HDR images or videos we will do so (upon reciept of the release fee), and then schedule the deletion all of your imagery and visual data 1 calendar month after your download is completed. We grant full permission but retain ownership.

Upon payment in full, we will license permissions to you, the client, to use our materials. Ownership of all material created by us is owned by us unless otherwise stated in writing.

Yes.

You can embed the URLs of individual elements within your existing website, online gallery or property listing format.

Yes.

You can distribute your 360º photo tour, HDR photos or any other content created by us through your website or via the common social media platforms such as Facebook, Vimeo, Youtube, Twitter, pintrest or Instagram.

You can also share directly with your client base through Whatsapp, Messenger, or Email.

Your digital content that we create is hosted for 1 year.

This can be extended by prior arrangement or if you wish you can download your files to use offline.

Yes.

Your digital content which we create can be deleted at any time.

Perhaps you are a Real Estate Agent and the property hes been sold or rented. For the privacy of your client, any visual content can be removed, upon written request via Email at any time.

We aspire to expand our service list to include Drone Photography and Drone Videography and 360º Video.
